Clinically grounded. Culturally safe. Built for every woman navigating midlife โ not just some.
Own Your Change provides menopause education, workplace workshops, and midlife support that puts knowledge, tools, and confidence back in your hands.
Most menopause resources are priced for a narrow demographic, marketed to a narrow demographic, and built around a narrow experience of what menopause looks and feels like.
Black women, South Asian women, Indigenous women, newcomers to Canada, working women, women without extended health benefits โ navigating one of the most significant transitions of their lives with almost no support built for them.
Own Your Change was built to change that. Clinically credible, culturally informed, and accessible by design.
Own Your Change exists for the women mainstream menopause wellness has overlooked.
Navigating perimenopause and menopause while working full-time, managing teams, and showing up every day โ often without any workplace support or acknowledgement from employers.
Black, South Asian, Indigenous, and women from diverse cultural backgrounds whose experiences of midlife are real, valid, and consistently underrepresented in mainstream menopause care.
Women told their symptoms are "just stress" or "part of aging" โ who left appointments feeling unheard, and who deserve straight answers and real tools to advocate for themselves.
Plain language. No jargon. No agenda. A free starting point for every woman who wants to understand what's happening in her body and walk into her next appointment prepared.
Based on SOGC, NICE, and The Menopause Society guidelines.

Your workforce is navigating menopause right now. Lost productivity, unplanned absences, talented women stepping back from roles they love โ often because no one acknowledged what was happening or gave them tools to manage it.
A clinically grounded workplace workshop delivered virtually or in-person. Employees leave with a clear understanding of what's happening in their bodies, what their options are, and how to advocate for themselves. HR and leadership leave with the language and foundation for a genuinely inclusive workplace.
Best for: Hospital systems, long-term care, school boards, public sector, unions, and any employer with a female-majority workforce.
Most health support models create dependency. Own Your Change is built on the opposite principle โ we measure success by how little women need us, not how much.
Clear, evidence-based information about what's happening in your body โ in plain language, without the overwhelm or jargon.
Tools, questions, and confidence to walk into any healthcare appointment ready to advocate for yourself โ and be heard.
Informed decisions about treatment, lifestyle, and support โ on your own terms. That is the whole point.
I'm a Registered Nurse and Menopause Practitioner Candidate licensed across Ontario, Alberta, and Manitoba. I've spent years inside the healthcare system โ seeing both what it does well and the significant gaps it leaves, particularly for women who don't fit the narrow profile that most services are built for.
Own Your Change came from a simple recognition: the women who need menopause support most are the ones existing services were not designed for. The pricing excludes them. The language doesn't reflect them. The research has historically overlooked them.
As a woman of the global majority navigating Canadian healthcare myself, I understand that experience from the inside โ not as a theoretical commitment to inclusion, but as lived reality. This work is clinical. It is also personal. And it is built on the belief that every woman deserves to move through midlife with full knowledge, real support, and complete ownership of her health.
We measure success by how little women need us โ not how much. We give knowledge away. That is the point.
Accessibility is built in from the beginning โ not bolted on as a discount or an afterthought.
We operate from evidence, not trend. In a wellness culture full of unverified claims, our clinical grounding is what makes us trustworthy.
Not a disclaimer at the bottom of a page. The lens through which every decision is made.
Midlife touches body, mind, relationships, identity, and purpose. We refuse to reduce women to their symptoms.
Plain language. Real answers. No false promises. We tell women what the evidence actually says.
No woman navigates midlife alone here. Women gathering to share knowledge is something ancient โ and something Own Your Change is built on.
HR professionals, DEI leads, and organizations looking to support the women in their workforce. Workshops available virtually or in-person across three provinces.
Healthcare providers, wellness practitioners, and community organizations aligned with accessible, inclusive midlife care.
